Eunomius of Cyzicus (PTA_P00004)

Bischof von Cyzicus, Schüler des Aetius. Er wurde ca. 357/358 zum Diakon in Antiochien geweiht, 359/360 Bischof von Cyzicus, mußte das Bistum aber aufgeben und in die Verbannung gehen. Seit 362 gemeinsam mit Aetius Aufbau einer eigenen eunomianischen Kirche, was den endgültigen Bruch mit Eudoxius und den Homöern zur Folge hatte. 383 wurde er unter Theodosius I. noch einmal verbannt, er starb 394/396 (source: AW_III_5)
